'Living Large'

Today's Sunflowers are living large.  Have you ever grown giant sunflowers?  They can grow 8-10 feet tall.  My neighbor in Wyoming grew giant sunflowers in his garden and I loved watching them grow and reach for the sun.  
 
Sunflowers are my go-to flower to have in my home.  They last a long time and always make me smile.

Charcuterie Wreath
 
WOW!  This is a beauty, isn't it?  Perfect if you’re having a little gathering with your friends or want to bring something to work.  
 
I had a party recently and made charcuterie sticks and put them in individual paper cups.  My good friends at Amazon had everything I needed. 
 
Here are a few ideas for your charcuterie sticks / wreath.  
 
Pepperoni, salami, or ham, sliced thin from the deli and fold them to look like the picture above
Cheese cut into bite size pieces or use fresh mozzarella balls
Olives - If you have a Trader Joe's nearby you have to try the grilled green olives, they are fantastic!
Cornichon pickles
Tomatoes
Fruit
 
If you are using the cups, I dropped crackers in the bottom and added bread sticks in the cup. If you are making the wreath, use rosemary to garnish your dish.  If you live close by, send me a message, I have a HUGE rosemary bush!  You are welcome to have as much as you want!
