Today's painting was inspired by some pink tulips I picked up from Trader Joe's. It was a huge bunch, they were beautiful.
 
This is a real deal, the White Coat Syndrome. I thought I was the only person that was spooked by doctors. My doctor is on the south side of Albuquerque, so I always stop in at Trader Joe's on my way home.
Here are a few things to try:
#1 Flowers buy a bouquet or make your own. Their flowers last a long time.
#2 Focaccia Bread with roasted tomatoes and parmesan cheese. This is killer with pasta.
#3 They have cinnamon alphabet cookies in a round plastic container. I am sure they are for kids, but I can be a kid anytime.
#4 Crinkle cut butternut squash delicious. (I will make sure to share how I cook these on Food Friday)
#5 They have an amazing collection of craft brewery beers
#6 Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate and caramel candy bar near the check out, so you don't forget
#7 Seasonal gingerbread cookies with frosting in the middle. I have to hide these from Todd.
